Former Workers' Comp Judge

Over 36 Years Experience

2022 was a great year for Quandt Law Firm clients. We fought hard in the appellate courts and made new law, changed existing law and collected record settlements. Thank you for the continued support of our clients.

ERIC QUANDT - Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Lawyer

Eric Quandt was born in Milwaukee Wisconsin in 1963. He moved to Oklahoma in 1976 and has been a proud Oklahoman for the past 42 years. Mr. Quandt attended the University of Wisconsin where he received a Bachelor of Arts in 1985. Eric returned to Tulsa University College of Law where he received his Juris Doctorate in 1988.

During Law School, Eric was a clerk for a Federal Magistrate as well as a few private law firms. In 1988, he was an associate attorney for a large Tulsa Workers’ Compensation law firm. In 1991, the Quandt Law Firm was established focusing entirely on Workers’ Compensation and Personal Injury claims.

In 2008, Oklahoma Governor, Brad Henry, selected Mr. Quandt to be an Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Judge. Eric was Tulsa’s residing Judge and the Vice-Presiding Judge of the Workers’ Compensation Court. He returned to private practice in 2014, focusing entirely on Workers’ Compensation claims. Also, he is an active mediator for the Oklahoma Workers’ Compensation Court and Commission.

Eric knew at a very early age that he wanted to be a lawyer. He has always viewed the legal system as an important equalizer between the “little guy” and large and powerful companies. There was no question that Mr. Quandt wanted to represent the individual, NOT big business or insurance companies. Over the years, the insurance companies and Chamber of Commerce have attacked workers’ rights in America and Eric is proud to stand up and vigorously fight for the injured worker against those powerful interests.

Eric and his wife Angie have been happily married for 30 years and have one daughter, Makena. They are members of Faith United Methodist Church where Mr. Quandt was a youth counselor.
